TREDELA COUNSELLING MEDIATION AND RECREATION CENTER ("Tredela CMRC") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. Our website provider, Ruskins AI Consulting LTD, processes data on our behalf as data processor.
What we collect
When you contact us: your name, email address, optional phone number, the topic and your message.
Basic, anonymised website analytics through Google Analytics.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and arrange the service you ask for. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for our records, and then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw consent. See Data requests for how.
You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
